Joomla Art Templates

Joomla Art have a great range of templates. They are mostly "cleaner" in style than some of the other suppliers, which orientates them more towards business use, and they have a particularly good range of templates for eCommerce web sites.

JA Antares

JA Antares is a super clean and bright template. The stock images show it with a sports theme, but it would equally suit a business website that isn't too fixated on "corporate blue".

It is a fully CSS / tableless design, and comes in 3 main colourways: blue, orange, and green. It is very flexible with 9 module positions and 4 column layout options . It also comes with a "Flash rotator" - the ability to scroll through the main top template images.

JA Helio

The JA Helio template is a good choice for a business web site - clean, bright and professional looking. CSS / tableless design and four main colourways: blue, green, red, and orange.

9 module positions with SlideShow module position built in. This is a good choice for a B2B or technical product ecommerce website.

JA Zeolite

Designed from the outset as a template to go with the VirtueMart system, JA Zeolite is a great ecommerce template design. It comes with Slideshow and content scroll module.

It features a CSS / tableless design with 4 primary colourways: green, red, blue and cyan.

JoomlaShack Templates

Joomlashack are another supplier of stock Joomla templates. The JoomlaShack designs tend to be "busier" and are perhaps more orientated to media, hobbyist and interest sites rather than mainstream business sites. But they still have a selection of good "mainstream" template designs.

Aqualine

Aqualine is a pure CSS based template design with integrated SEO features.

A colourful design intended for magazines, blogs, storefronts, news and other text driven sites which require more attention to typography, icons, and colors giving your site a balanced and controlled look.

It has a very clean professional style and is suitable for company and leisure style websites. It is good from an SEO standpoint with very clean and search engine friendly code.

Aqualine Noir

Aqualine Noir, as you might expect, is a derivitive of the Aqualine template. It retains the focus on typographical style, but has a more striking dark theme.

The contrast of bright colours and dark background might not be to everyone's taste, so it might not be as acceptable for a corporate site as some templates. As with the Aqualine template, it's also pretty search engine friendly.

JS Simplicity

JS Simplicity is another really flexible template. Seven colourways and a clean and clear layout make it suitable for pretty much every type of site - corporate, news, club, and hobbyist.

10 collapsible module positions make it highly flexible, and a good choice for eCommerce use.

As an alternative to Joomla Art and JoomlaShack you might want to take a look at the Rockettheme range. Like Joomlashack, their designs tend more towards the enthusiast than corporate world, but they also have some good corporate designs.
